About the Role:

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in attracting developers to our platform and driving adoption of our DeFi and market-making products. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and community teams to craft compelling messaging, create impactful campaigns, and build strategies that resonate with developers. Your mission is to grow a vibrant community of builders who can leverage our technology to create the next generation of decentralized applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developer Outreach: Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and engage developers, promoting our DeFi and market-making products.
  • Product Positioning: Craft clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that highlights the unique benefits of our blockchain solutions to the developer audience.
  • Content Creation: Create a range of content, including blogs, tutorials, technical documentation, and case studies, that demonstrates how developers can utilize our products.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including webinars, hackathons, social media initiatives, and email outreach, to drive awareness and adoption.
  • Community Building: Foster and grow a developer community through engagement on forums, social media, and events, turning developers into advocates for our platform.
  • Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends in DeFi, blockchain, and developer tools to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with product development and feature releases.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and conversion rates.

Key Requirements:

  • Blockchain & DeFi Knowledge: Strong understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi ecosystems, and market-making products, with a focus on engaging developer communities.
  • Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in product marketing, developer relations, or community management within the blockchain or tech industry.
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into compelling marketing content for developers.
  • Content Creation Skills: Excellent writing skills, with experience creating developer-focused content such as tutorials, blogs, and technical documentation.
  • Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach to marketing, with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize for results.
  • Proactive & Adaptable: Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • UK Based: Must be based in the UK, with flexibility to work remotely and attend occasional in-person meetings or events.
