About Our Client
This marketing agency in London is constantly evolving and is working with some great new brands in the retail sector. They have also moved to newly renovated office due to their growth in the market. As their office manager you will be integral in setting the culture and ensuring that all staff have adequate training.
Job Description
- Overseeing administrative operations of the office, ensuring a smooth work flow.
- Maintaining a safe and secure working environment.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of office events and meetings.
- Managing office budgets and ensuring financial processes are followed.
- Providing leadership and support to the office staff, promoting a positive work environment.
- Manage new starter inductions and on boarding.
- Timely submission and tracking of monthly business expenses for the team.
- Provide support in on boarding new starters to facilitate a smooth transition.
- Booking, coordinating, and preparing agendas, notes, & minutes for meetings
- Be a super user for the business CRM/Finance system Access.
- Trains new team members on standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and efficient operations.
The Successful Applicant
To be a successful applicant in this role as an Office Manager you should have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in business administration or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
- The ability to work under pressure and to go the extra mile when required
- Enthusiastic team player self-motivated and a desire to drive improvements in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial business
- Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service and a "can do" attitude in a busy office and service environment.
What's on Offer
- You will be rewarded with an hourly rate equivalent to 35k - 45k
- You will be working in a newly renovated office in a fast growing marketing agency
