You'll be a vital force in collaborating with senior Operational and HR leaders across Premier Inn and Restaurants to shape and deliver the reward agenda for our 35,000+ team members and hotel/restaurant managers.
You'll be at the helm of pivotal reward activities, from ensuring our reward frameworks are applied consistently through to managing our prestigious annual reward and recognition programme. Your influence will extend across our vast operation, driving the annual pay review and incentive process for thousands of dedicated team members and managers.
Hybrid working (Minimum of 3 days a week at our Dunstable campus)
Discounts : Up to 60% discount on Premier Inn stays and 25% discount on our Restaurant brands
Bonus : Up to 30% company performance related bonus
Company Car or allowance: £5,650 or drive one of our diverse fleet of vehicles.
Partner with senior Operational and HR leaders to define and deliver the operations reward agenda and roadmap.
Lead the design and delivery of the annual reward and recognition programme, working in collaboration with our Operations Directors and Regional Managers.
Manage key Reward projects across the UK, including the annual pay and incentive cycle for all operations teams.
Reward Management experience in a multi-site and high volume employee-based organisation.
A thorough understanding of the reward package and how to drive business performance.
Bringing the right people into the business, and supporting their development is in the hands of the HR team. Getting it right means creating an environment where everyone can thrive, individuals, teams, our guests and our brands.
