Oversee front of house services (reception, concierge, building management etc), maintaining high standards.
- Working closely with the HOD and Central Support team to achieve and align brand standards, best practice, and expectations
- Provide training and induction to all new and existing front of house staff whilst developing training to suit the needs of the business and clients.
- To ensure all reception staff absences, sickness and annual leave is monitored, recorded and reported to the HR department as necessary.
- Communicate and enforce policies and requirements.
- Maintain client and customer relationships and review performance.
- Ensure compliance, report incidents, and handle administration.
- Drive innovation and contribute to projects.
- Clean and current driving license.
- Excellent communication, IT, and report-writing skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts.
