Join a leading global investment firm in the heart of London's Mayfair district
Our client, a renowned name in the financial services industry, is seeking a highly skilled Global Payroll Associate to cover a 12-month period of maternity leave.
In this role, you will be responsible for processing around 25 payrolls across 10 countries, covering approximately 300 employees. Your keen attention to detail and ability to self-review work will be crucial in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive package, including a base salary of £65-75K and a completion potential bonus of up to £15K, giving you opportunity to earn a total package of up to £90K for the right global payroll professional with a background in financial services .
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and tax principles.
- Ability to perform tax equalization and hypothetical tax calculations.
- Excellent communication skills to respond to employee queries.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (an Excel test will be part of the interview process).
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
The role offers a balanced work schedule, with office hours from 9AM to 6PM and a 1-hour lunch break. You'll be based in the company's stunning Mayfair office, with an in-office presence required 3-4 days a week.
