* Lead the charge in identifying and targeting new business opportunities within the OEM, B2B, and industrial sectors across the UK.
* Nurture relationships with existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs and challenges of our customers, ensuring seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Experience
* Proven track record in business development, with a focus on selling to OEMs, B2B clients, and industrial customers.
* Strong understanding of the South West market landscape and a network of contacts within the region, enabling you to hit the ground running.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
* Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach, coupled with the resilience and tenacity to overcome challenges and drive success.
* Full driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the UK as required.
