That’s why we’re proud to be part of a 4-Day Working Week (4DWW) trial, where you can work one day less each week (or equivalent hours), while still receiving your full-time pay.
Many of our schools have already introduced the 4DWW — and others are preparing to roll it out as soon as they reach full staffing. Job Title: Receptionist/Pupil Administrator

We’re looking for an organised and professional Receptionist/Pupil Administrator to be the first point of contact for our school. You’ll provide essential administrative and reception support, ensuring the smooth running of the school office and creating a welcoming environment for staff, pupils, and visitors.
Provide efficient administrative support to staff and management.
Coordinate referrals, admissions, assessments, and pupil records.
Maintain a tidy, professional reception and office environment.
Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and school policies.

Experience in administration, ideally in education or care.
Professional, approachable, and flexible team player.
