Technical Support Engineer - 2nd Line
Position Type: Full-Time
Our client is a leading IT and Telecoms company committed to delivering exceptional technical solutions and support to our diverse clientele. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dynamic Technical Support Technician with a strong background in IT and ideally, telecom experience.
As a Technical Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving IT and telecom-related issues, ensuring a seamless client experience.
Provide technical support to clients via phone, email and in person.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT and telecom issues promptly and efficiently.
Experienced with Installations including Cabling (Desired)
Assist clients with networking, broadband, and other IT-related queries.
Collaborate with other technical support team members to resolve complex issues.
Proven experience as a Technical Support Technician in IT, with Cloud Based Telephony as well as on-premises Comms and Ideally CCTV but this is not essential.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, networking, broadband, and related technologies.
Ability to translate technical jargon into user-friendly language for clients.
Relevant certifications in IT and telecom are a plus.
