They will bring fresh energy and creativity to the role, developing innovative content initiatives that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and trust credentials Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Management Develop and create high-quality, engaging content for blogs, e-books, white papers, newsletters, videos, and social media. Oversee internal writers, designers, and freelancers to ensure timely and consistent delivery of content. Blog Management Manage the editorial calendar and posting schedule for the company blog. Coordinate contributions from various internal stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and alignment with brand messaging. Distribution & Promotion Manage content distribution across owned, earned, and paid channels, including website, email, social media, and PR. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with revenue marketing, partner marketing, digital, product marketing, solutions & industry marketing, and sales teams to create content that supports pipeline and business objectives. Requirements: Minimum 6 years of experience in content marketing, senior content writing, or a related role, preferably in a B2B tech environment. Strong portfolio of writing samples demonstrating exceptional storytelling, clarity, and engagement. Proven ability to drive value through content marketing, enhancing brand visibility and thought leadership. Experience working in a large, matrixed organisation, collaborating across multiple stakeholders. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into accessible content for diverse audiences. Highly collaborative, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Sitecore, WordPress) and project management tools is a plus. Flexibility to work across time zones to accommodate US-based team collaboration. Must-Haves Proven strong writing skills with a diverse portfolio. Experience in a large, matrixed organisation, ideally in the technology sector. Ability to simplify complex technical ideas for a broader audience. Nice to Have: Supply chain experience. Fluency in a second language. Experience in video script writing or video production. Education Bachelor's degree in English Literature, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
