Head of Adult Care

Leaders in Care UK is looking for a Group Head of Training to join a national award-winning complex care community provider. The main purpose of this exciting position is to support and develop a nursing and carer workforce through clinical practice and implementation of relevant education and development pathways, as well as manage and develop an external training function to community / hospital / residential settings. This full-time educator position is a hybrid role and comes with an attractive salary of up to £75,000 and excellent benefits.
The Head of Training will report to the CEO and work in close partnership with the Heads of all other departments including Paediatrics, Adults, and Mental Health, promoting an educational culture of evidence-based nursing practice.
Leading on the development of training presentations, lesson plans, and competency documents.
# Managing a team of practice educators that provide face-to-face clinical training for internal and external care staff in line with the company's clinical competency framework.
# Developing and delivering patient-specific training sessions.
# Participating in a regular audit program of training evaluation to ensure the effectiveness of training.
