Liaison Officer

About the Role: As a Customer Liaison Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring effective communication between our housing association and our valued tenants. Tenant Engagement: Building strong relationships with tenants to understand their needs, concerns, and preferences.
• Contractor Access: Coordinating with contractors to ensure smooth access to properties during upgrade projects.
• To excel in this role, you should have:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the housing or property management sector.
• Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with tenants and contractors.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various properties within Manchester.
