Job Title: Customer Liaison Officer

Location: Manchester

Contract Type: 6-month temporary position

Salary: £18.80 per hour

Working Hours: 35 hours per week (including some Saturdays)

Driving Requirement: Yes (a valid driver’s license is necessary)

About the Role: As a Customer Liaison Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring effective communication between our housing association and our valued tenants. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Tenant Engagement: Building strong relationships with tenants to understand their needs, concerns, and preferences.
  • Upgrade Advisement: Providing advice and information to tenants regarding property upgrades and improvement works.
  • Contractor Access: Coordinating with contractors to ensure smooth access to properties during upgrade projects.
  • Problem Resolution: Addressing any issues or challenges faced by tenants during the upgrade process.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Customer Service Skills: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the housing or property management sector.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with tenants and contractors.
  • Driving Skills: A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various properties within Manchester.
