We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Operations Consultant to join our team with primary focus on our customer success organization. Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Operations, this role will partner closely with the VP of Customer Success to drive operational excellence, efficiency, and strategic alignment across the Customer Success organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Sales Operations and Customer Success Operations, with a demonstrated ability to balance the needs of both functions.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance, to ensure alignment and collaboration on key initiatives.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Establish and maintain robust data analytics and reporting capabilities to track key performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and customer retention.
Develop and deliver regular reports and presentations to senior leadership, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Sales Operations Support:
Partner with Sales Operations to ensure seamless alignment between Sales and Customer Success processes and systems.
Support Sales leadership in territory planning, quota setting, forecasting, and sales performance analysis.
Collaborate with Sales Enablement to develop training programs and materials for the Customer Success team to enhance their sales skills and effectiveness.
Provide ongoing training and support to Customer Success Managers on best practices, processes, and tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
~5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Success, or related field, with a focus on operational excellence and strategy.
~ Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
~ Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and other relevant sales and customer success tools.
