Senior Operations Coordinator

Reporting directly into the Operations Director you will be responsible for the day to day operational and back office activities within the Fruition Group.
Key Responsibilities
- strong relationships with all suppliers and coordinate ongoing contracts and agreements
- meetings, appointments, and company events
- strong relationships with the Fruition IT & Fruition Consulting Management teams, assisting with operational support and ensuring adherence of company procedures
- closely with the Finance team to ensure a smooth link between the finance and operations functions
- for HR administration with support from external HR consultant
- delivering projects within both businesses including implementation of new systems and processes, tenders, bids and audits
- closely with the Engagement Manager to support with Fruition Consulting tasks
- software packages like Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data management and document production
- the office administrator with day-to-day management of the Leeds office and Manchester office where required
- ad hoc reports
- support for the operations team
- to general queries from the management team, consultants and 3rd parties where required
- hoc support to both businesses
