Eden Scott is supporting a client seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join their team as a HR & Payroll Administrator.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in HR and join a company willing to foster that growth and development. The role will come with an increased focus on Payroll but with plenty opportunities to get stuck into exciting HR projects too.

As an HR & Payroll Administrator, you will work closely with our HR team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our payroll and HR processes. Key responsibilities include:


  • Processing payroll for employees accurately and on time, including calculations, deductions, and tax filings.
  • Assisting with HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, drafting employment contracts, and scheduling interviews.
  • Providing support to employees regarding payroll and HR-related inquiries.
  • Collaborating with the HR team to implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Taking minutes during meetings and assisting with other administrative duties as required.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in HR or payroll administration is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when dealing with payroll calculations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • A proactive and positive attitude towards learning and development.
