We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join our Playground Sales Team here in Haverthwaite, which is nestled in the South of the Lake District.

The role:

  • You will provide effective, timely and accurate support to your appointed team to achieve daily/weekly targets.
  • Maintaining CRM, ensuring customer information is recorded timely, clearly and concisely.
  • First point of contact for customer calls and email enquiries up to the point of processing order ensuring we surpass the quality and customer expectations.
  • Generation of precise and timely sales quotations.

  • Be able to demonstrate to us that you have a strong feel for the products we sell and a passion to communicate their benefits to our customers.
  • Be self-motivated and organised, having the ability to work in a demanding environment to enable you to work within tight deadlines to allow us to be flexible to meet the needs of our clients.

Essential:

  • Be able to demonstrate your excellent customer service, organisational, planning and inter-personal skills.
  • Be competent in Microsoft packages and have good numeric skills.
  • Be able to work as part of a team and have a cheerful, outgoing personality.
