Our client, a leading national property consultancy, is seeking an experienced MRICS qualified professional to lead their rural estate management team in Northamptonshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled surveyor to take on a leadership role within a well-established and respected organisation.

Position Overview

As a Salaried Partner , you will be responsible for leading and managing a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional rural estate management services to our client's diverse portfolio of clients across the region. Your expertise and guidance will be instrumental in driving the team's success and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the rural estate management team
  • Oversee the delivery of traditional estate management services
  • Foster strong client relationships and identify new opportunities

  • MRICS qualified with significant rural estate management experience
