We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR expertise and advice to managers and employees, and coaching managers to support individual and team performance.

The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified and/or have significant demonstrable working in HR and have strong and up-to-date knowledge of HR legislation.

The role will involve working in collaboration with the Head of HR to proactively identify opportunities to resolve people challenges and deliver innovative solutions.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing professional and effective support and guidance on change management, including redundancy, restructuring, TUPE, mergers, etc.

Additionally, the HR Business Partner will be responsible for effectively managing employee relations matters, including absence, capability, disciplinary, and grievance resolution, and escalating to the Head of HR where required.

The role will also involve supporting the development and implementation of a comprehensive and accessible range of policies and procedures that are fit for purpose, legally compliant, and in line with the values of the Association.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for working in collaboration with the Learning & Development team on matters including training, career development, talent management, and succession planning.

Key skills and qualifications required for the role include CIPD qualified or equivalent HR experience, commitment to equity, diversity and inclusivity, and ability to work collaboratively with the EDI Manager.

The successful candidate will also be required to have strong communication skills (both written and verbal), as well as facilitation and influencing skills.

The working hours for the role will be 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am-5.30pm (flexible).
