Creative Artworker / Designer

PMN Group is a creative and fast-paced full service marketing and advertising agency looking to recruit an experienced Creative Artworker / Designer.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing agency who provide strategic creative solutions for a range of international clients based in the UK, Europe and the US.

We are a close knit team who are always striving to achieve the best for our clients. This role will involve designing, developing, producing and amending complex artwork for print and packaging, and interpreting key visuals into multiple assets.

The creative will be for both on and offline collateral including:

  • Press and print advertising
  • Exhibition graphics and other marketing materials
  • Digital communications, websites, animation, mobile apps, video and emails
  • Logos and branding

You will be an experienced, motivated self starter with a willingness to learn, understand and take ownership of complex projects. You will creatively collaborate with the Creative Director and agency staff to develop strong ideas and concepts in response to clients’ briefs.

You will also be responsible for developing and amending existing artwork in accordance with amends supplied from the Client and/or other agency staff.

Skills required

  • Must have expert level ability using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator)
  • Ability to produce well executed Mac visuals plus flexibility to communicate ideas through scamps
  • HTML and video editing experience
  • Creative idea generation and execution
  • Ability to write engaging copy would be an asset
  • Confident and motivated self-starter with the ability to multitask and prioritise deadlines
  • Ability to problem solve and follow creative direction
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Fantastic communication, organisation and interpersonal skills

Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design
  • Creative and digital conceptual design experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience within a Marketing Agency
