- Credit Control – chase invoices, produce reports, send customer statements
- Sending out monthly statements
- Monthly rental invoicing – preparing and posting invoices
- Assist with monthly accounts preparation
- Production of any financial data requested by colleagues
- Resolving any customer billing errors
- Updating all relevant IT systems used by the business
- Basic knowledge of credit control is an advantage
- Excellent administration and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise work
- Basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles is desirable
- Personable, presentable and articulate
- Excellent IT knowledge, confident with Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft packages
- Flexibility and the willingness to do what’s required and support the team
- High attention to detail
- The ability to communicate to internal and external customers, both verbally and written
