Account Manager

ISI Global, a leading retail design agency with offices in the UK, USA, and Poland, is seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our dynamic team. We collaborate with global brands such as Google, HP, and Sony to deliver innovative end-to-end creative solutions. Our team's expertise spans designing stores, exhibitions, shop-in-shops, and point-of-sale campaigns that drive customer engagement and results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of fast turnaround projects, ensuring high-quality output and effective collaboration with department heads.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand and meet their needs.
  • Conduct regular site visits to identify growth opportunities.
  • Brief projects efficiently, utilizing creative tools to meet client requirements, budget, and timing.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the account, coordinating internal and external resources.
  • Attend client servicing and production meetings, driving further meetings as necessary to deliver projects on time and foster a strong client relationship.
  • Complete administrative tasks, including timely invoicing, and report on sales performance, forecasts, and new business opportunities.
  • Achieve pre-determined sales targets and profit margins.
  • Effectively manage the sales pipeline to optimize resource utilization and meet assigned metrics.
  • Serve as the market/sector expert and brand guardian, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and standards.

  • Proven ability to translate client business needs into practical solutions that deliver commercial benefits.
  • Expertise in client servicing and project management, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Strong ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail across all deliverables.
  • Relevant experience in retail, category management, or client-facing roles.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and diplomacy skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Leadership and cross-functional team management experience.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and production lead-times.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of account management experience in an agency environment.
  • Articulate and well-suited for client-facing roles.
  • Leadership and cross-functional team management experience.
  • A proven track record in profitable growth, process management, and relationship building.
  • Ability and willingness to travel.
