Our Resident Doctors' Support Team are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator. This role will see you forge close ties with our Corporate Recruitment Team and play a pivotal role in sourcing Resident Medical and Dental Officers (RMOs and RDOs). lead the annual RMO recruitment cycle from start to finish
handle ad hoc recruitment needs throughout the year
support the on-boarding process for RMOs, managing documentation and fostering relationships
maintain key relationships with MCNZ and Immigration
assist in various projects like reviews, proposals, and audits.
To excel, you'll need:
experience in high-volume administration, recruitment, or HR
proficiency in Microsoft software, particularly intermediate to advanced Excel skills
