The Group HR Manager will play a pivotal role in guiding human resources policies and procedures to both employees and managers.

Collaborating closely with senior managers to address employee relations, health and wellbeing, and people policies, whilst overseeing and advising on employee relations cases.
Working in close partnership with central HR functions to conduct talent reviews, develop robust succession plans, and attract top-tier talent to meet both current and future workforce demands.
Championing employee engagement initiatives across business areas to cultivate a positive work culture.
Led the coordination of talent acquisition events, attraction projects, and partnerships to ensure a steady influx of skilled candidates.
Staying abreast of industry best practices, personal development opportunities, and legislative updates.
Supporting the rollout and communication of new HR initiatives, policies, and procedures, and contributing to regional projects as required.
A positive, enthusiastic individual with a keen eye for talent acquisition.
Proven experience in managing HR functions across multiple hotel sites.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in Human Resources within the hospitality sector.
Proficiency in working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
