Designing, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), automating workflows, ensuring cost optimization, and maintaining cloud security best practices.
Designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
Network Engineering : Installing, configuring, and managing networking hardware and software, as well as troubleshooting network issues and optimising performance.
Monitoring and responding to security incidents, performing vulnerability assessments, and implementing cybersecurity best practices.
Managing and optimising virtual environments, including VMware, Hyper-V, or other cloud-based systems.
2nd Line Support : Providing advanced technical support to resolve escalated issues, managing tickets, and collaborating with other teams for complex troubleshooting. 3rd Line Support : Offering deep technical expertise to solve high-level incidents, conducting root-cause analysis, and implementing permanent fixes.

Infrastructure, Networking, SOC, Virtualization, or IT Support (2nd/3rd Line).
Familiarity with relevant technologies such as Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, Linux, or security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS).
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MCSE, VMware Certified Professional, or similar are a plus.
