About the Role:

In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in our continued success by focusing on acquiring new clients and strengthening relationships with existing ones. You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a strategic business development plan
  • Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
  • Building strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Negotiating and closing deals
  • Understanding and exceeding client expectations
  • Working closely with our recruitment team to ensure a seamless client experience

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or recruitment (a plus)
  • A strong track record of exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
