Our Business Development Executives play apivotal role in the ongoing growth of the business through theprovision of staffing to clients focused on quality, continuity andreliability of their supplier chain. In addition, you are responsiblefor a variety of duties within the business, being client andcandidate facing allows you to build long-lasting relationships andunderstand the healthcare sector. You will be working as part of anoffice team to provide the best candidates to our clients on a dailybasis.

The main duties of the Business Development Executive roleinclude:

  • Act as primary client contact, recordingexpectations and facilitating communication.
  • Proactivelypursue new business opportunities and manage sales leads.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queriespromptly and professionally.
  • Prepare applicant profiles forclient consideration and maintain client relationships.
  • Offerclear guidance on shift terms to candidates and clients.
  • Conduct outreach to potential clients and build relationshipsto promote brand.
  • Collaborate with commercial team tounderstand and communicate business offerings.
  • Meet/exceedset targets, including financial goals, and report to Branch Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, contractualobligations and legislation.
  • Maintain accurate records ofworkers, clients, and service users.
  • Follow companymanagement systems, payroll and recruitment procedures.
  • Promote equal opportunities, handle complaints, and adhere tohealth and safety legislation.
  • Flexibly assist neighbouringbranches when needed and complete required training
  • Demonstrate Nurseplus values in all aspects of the role andundertake additional duties as needed.

What we arelooking for in a successful candidate:

  • A full UKdriving license is essential
  • A passion for businessdevelopment
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • A confident telephone manner
  • Excellent communicationboth written and verbal; strong attention to detail
  • Must beself-motivated, working as part of a team and autonomously
  • Knowledge of the care industry advantageous
  • Sometravel will be required
