Business Development Executive - Leeds
Leeds, Hybrid – 3 days in the office & 2 days at home
Contract: Full time, 37.5 hrs per week
Package: competitive base salary with an uncapped commission and incentive-based rewards
As the first point of contact for prospective customers, you’ll engage with leads generated through phone, website, and marketing campaigns. Your role is pivotal in qualifying prospects, understanding their needs, and driving sales across a varied customer base—ranging from individuals to SMEs and large organisations. Success in this position requires a proactive approach to managing enquiries, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records of all sales activities.
Respond promptly and qualify all inbound enquiries from multiple channels, including phone, website, and marketing campaigns.
Guide customers through the entire sales cycle—from initial enquiry to closing—by preparing quotes and proposals.
Analyse and interpret sales data to prioritise workload and identify high-potential opportunities.
Utilise Salesforce to manage leads, track opportunities, and report on all sales activity.
Continuously enhance your knowledge of our products and refine your sales techniques.
Solid understanding of the sales cycle.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Minimum two years of B2B sales experience, engaging with stakeholders via email, phone, and face-to-face.
Proficiency in IT systems, including CRM platforms.
