Along with our own branded products, we offer a comprehensive range of licensed giftware. We work with many exciting mainstream brands such as Disney, Harry Potter, Marvel, and DC Comics.
We are looking for a talented and driven Marketing Designer to join our Marketing Team.
This role will be responsible for creating and developing visual graphical assets for both Paladone & WeCool Toys to support the wider business commercial ambitions
The Marketing Designer will apply their creativity and design skills to generate engaging assets that align with the brand’s market presences, appeal to target demographics and act as brand guardian.
The role will report to our Marketing Manager
Marketing
Create marketing (info)graphics for print collateral, email marketing, social media & website
Create video animations when required
Conceive and create campaign design assets
Be responsible for graphics and branding aspects of Paladone and WeCool websites
Ensure design deliverables are met in time for launches, campaigns and activations
Marketing and trend research for strategy & planning
Create and project-manage sales enablement materials (e.g. Creating graphical assets & A+ content in line with E-Commerce priority lists
Generate graphic assets for product asset packs to support commercial functions.
Act as the brand guardian on graphical assets created outside of the marketing team
Working with Licensing team to ensure all graphical assets comply with Licensor restrictions and brand image
Act as brand guardian for Paladone & WeCool and ensure all design assets adhere to corresponding style guides
Receive & work on briefs regarding Showrooms & Tradeshow Stands visual design requirements
Minimum 2 Years experience in Design within a marketing role/environment
Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign
Marketing Design skills
Understanding of marketing processes/activities ( Including psychological marketing.)
Skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint
Illustration skills
