Job Summary

Creative Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced Senior Creative Designer to join their expanding Retail & Customer Experiences team. As a key member of the creative studio, you will be responsible for developing innovative and effective retail design concepts, from point of sale items to large-scale retail environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts and design decks for retail design projects, including point of sale items, shop-in-shops, and retail environments.
  • Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand design briefs and deliver high-quality design solutions.
  • Collaborate with freelancers or lead small teams to achieve design objectives.
  • Present design concepts and solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail design.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in retail and point of sale design.
  • Extensive knowledge of Autodesk 3DS Max and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with Cinema 4D and SolidWorks is an advantage.
  • Strong rendering skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
