Our client is a niche creative agency on the south coast. Specialising in corporate comms and employee engagement campaigns for in the FTSE 250. The agency, although small, deliver work that packs a creative punch.

The Senior Designer will act as the Creative Directors right hand person. As Senior Designer you will be responsible for leading your own creative projects, from concept through to final design.

The Senior Designer will need to be a strong conceptual thinker as well as a capable and speedy hands on Designer. This is a superb opportunity for a Senior Designer to make their mark on high profile, international brands.

The Senior Designer position will encompass:

  • Concepts, idea development and design roll out for client campaigns and projects
  • Design of presentation and pitch decks for clients using PowerPoint
  • Working across brand design, creative campaigns, infographics, print and digital assets, basic animation
  • Knowledge sharing with more junior team members
  • Supporting the CD with pitches and larger projects
  • Being an advocate for the agency and always striving to push the boundaries and deliver the very best creative work for your clients

The Senior Designer will ideally have:

  • A design degree or equivalent
  • Experience working as a Senior Designer (or similar) in a fast paced agency environment
  • A portfolio showing brand and campaign work across a variety of creative channels
  • Full knowledge of the Adobe CC, plus PowerPoint and AfterEffects or Premier

My client is based in Worthing and has a hybrid working policy of four days per week in the office. The Senior Designer must live locally enough that this is feasible. Sadly, I cannot consider candidates who cannot work onsite in Worthing four days per week.

The salary for this role is £45k-£55k with a corporate benefits package.
