Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs while always maintaining our quality standards.
• Monitor our supplier’s performance, address any issues or concerns, and always have a backup plan.
• Manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement Skills Pool Operations Management.
Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards related to purchasing and procurement.
• Financial acumen, business and commercial knowledge.
