The ideal candidate will need prior expereince at Senior Manager or Account Director level (ideally within agency) and expereince with both B2B and B2C campaigns is highly advantageous - though not 100% necessary. Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting senior management with the delivery of best in class strategies for clients covering, Media relations, Social, Influencer marketing, events and stunts.
  • Helping to identify further opportunities to grow the team and supporting in pitching for new business
  • Helping to maintain strong and lasting rleationships with clients built on trust and an understanding of their objectives and sector
  • Helping to continue to modernise the PR teams’ approach, incorporating news strategies, tech and practises to remain at the forefront of the industry
  • Working to encourage, mentor and help develop junior and mid-level team members
