Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality campaigns within set timelines and budgets
Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and media contacts to facilitate effective communication and brand exposure
Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for clients
Develop and maintain content for various channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and press releases
Monitor and measure campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to clients
5+ years Account Management experience
~ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for diverse audiences
~ Strong network of media contacts and influencers across different industries
~ Experience in crisis management and issues handling is a plus
~ Proficiency in using media monitoring and measurement tools
