Our client is an Established, Family Run, Timber Merchant who supply the Construction Trade predominantly in the London Area. They are seeking an Enthusiastic, Passionate and Results-oriented Marketing Manager to create and deliver an effective marketing plan that will lead the business to its growth targets. This is a new role for the business, so you will be an important part of a growing, successful team who are focused on getting the business to the next level. Key Requirements/Responsibilities of the role Develop a detailed Marketing Plan. Create and Manage marketing strategies for the business. Establish a suitable CRM to capture leads generated through marketing efforts and nurture them. Analyse marketing data and reports to measure campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and optimise future campaigns. Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices. Manage and maintain a strong online brand presence across various digital platforms. Manage and maintain the content base of the firm’s website. Photography and photo editing understanding would be beneficial. Qualifications A minimum of 2 years working in a marketing position (Construction Industry experience an advantage) or a Graduate of Marketing or Business. Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices. In-depth technical expertise in using social media platforms for marketing purposes (e.g. LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads Manager). Experience and understanding of how to get the best from a CRM. Proven ability to manage and analyse marketing data using tools like Google Analytics. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Salary & Benefits Package £14 to £18 an hour basic, dependent on experience, plus timely bonuses based on success. F/T 25K to 40K OTE. 25 to 40 hours a week predominantly in the office, subject to negotiation. Results-based Bonus Structure. Career Growth Opportunities. Company Pension. Cycle to Work Scheme.
