This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams, pioneering innovative digital marketing strategies that propel the company toward its ambitious goals. You'll be at the forefront of executing B2B demand generation campaigns, ensuring alignment and delivering impactful outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Lead the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, integrating various channels to drive adoption
* Evaluate performance metrics to ensure alignment with growth objectives and adjust marketing tactics accordingly
* Maintain a strong understanding of industry developments and emerging marketing technologies to foster innovative approaches
* Cultivate and expand the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all customer interactions
* Oversee the digital footprint, managing the company website, social media platforms, and email marketing efforts
* Create and execute targeted email nurture programs to engage potential customers
* Enhance marketing acquisition strategies to lower costs and attract high-quality customers for the business
Skills
* Skilled at crafting compelling marketing copy
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strategic mindset with practical execution capabilities
* Exceptional creativity, with the ability to identify and solve problems effectively
* Proficient in resourceful problem-solving and implementing effective solutions
Qualifications
* Any relevant certifications and qualifications would be advantageous
Experience
* Experience in creating and implementing digital marketing strategies
* Prior involvement in the B2B sector, especially within the commercial Learning and Development field, is highly beneficial
* Skilled in using Google Analytics, HubSpot, WordPress, and managing website administration
* Comprehensive experience in executing marketing campaigns from start to finish
