An excellent opportunity to join a long-established family run business in the home décor sector. We design, manufacture and sell wall art, designer clocks and mirrors, greetings cards and photo-frames.

We are looking for a customer service assistant to join our CS team. Our CS team has a well-earned reputation amongst our customers for providing an exceptional service - it is a reputation which has spanned more than 40 years.

If you have an appreciation for truly excellent service and the ability to easily communicate with people in a friendly working atmosphere, in an exciting industry, then this is the job for you.

**The Role**

Provide support for the field-based sales force in customer related issues

Answer customer queries regarding orders, accounts, invoicing and deliveries

Manage order processing and fulfilment (delivery tracking)

Resolve customer issues

Maintain the customer database

Support sales and marketing teams, and the distribution warehouse

**Requirements**:
Experience of working within a similar customer service role (ideally within a similar B2B/B2C industry); managing/resolving customer complaints and building stakeholder relationships

Good level of numeracy and computer literacy including knowledge of Excel and Word

Knowledge of CRM or SAP systems an advantageExperience of working in a busy office environment

Demonstrate excellent organisational skills, with an eye for detail

Ability to work independently and use initiative

Ability to multi-task while dealing with telephone enquiries

Confidence on the telephone, receiving and making calls

Maintain a variety of customer databases and collate information for management reports

Assist with new customer on-boarding process

**Permanent and Full-time, Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm)**
