HR Assistant/Admin/Recruitment

Our client is a leading educational charity, located in central London currently looking for someone reporting in as an HR Advisor, this role will be responsible for providing administrative support across a wide range of HR areas including HR system administration, recruitment and onboarding, as well as general administrative support for the HR team.
Supporting HR System requirements related to all Employee Life Cycle transactions
Provide day-to-day advice and guidance to heads of departments and managers on all people matters including probations, conduct, attendance (including Occupational Health referrals where needed), performance, pay and workplace adjustment needs.
Develop a 12-month plan and deliver elements of the plan as agreed with the Head of HR, of short bite-sized training sessions on people-related activities for managers including topics such as selection, performance development, early complaints resolution, managing attendance and adjustments.
Acting as the primary point of contact for dealing with any general HR enquiries, escalating more complex queries where necessary
Carrying out all the administrative processes in the recruitment procedure
Prior experience in an HR Administration role OR General Administration experience & an HR qualification / CIPD
