Novaris Search is currently partnered with an inventive and growing flexible packaging organisation who are Actively seeking a Sales Account Manager to join their team.

As a Sales Account Manager specializing in flexible packaging, you will play a crucial role in expanding their market presence and fostering strong relationships with both existing and potential clients. You will leverage your expertise in packaging solutions to understand client needs, identify opportunities, and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored packaging solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in accordance with company policies and objectives.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to management.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales within the packaging or printing industry
  • Strong understanding of flexible packaging materials, processes, and applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to sales, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
