Your responsibilities will include: Creating and delivering a programme of group activities and events for the home. Developing individual activity and engagement plans for residents, personalised to their individual interests and needs. Supporting residents to take part in activities. Building relationships with our residents loved ones and sharing feedback and ideas. We understand that many Activities & Lifestyle Facilitators prefer part time contracts.
