United Kingdom Oakhill Veterinary Centre Full time

Welcome customers and their pets for appointments with a compassionate and professional attitude.
Answer the telephone, direct calls to the appropriate people and take messages.
Work within your team (and at times alone) to ensure the reception and waiting area are maintained to a high standard.
Deal with worried or upset clients and connect them to the appropriate help.
Carry out photocopying, typing of letters, scanning and filing on and offline.
Complete any other ad-hoc tasks as required (within your capabilities).
The hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 1pm till 7pm.
This role would ideally suit someone with a strong background in customer service with an interest in animals. Please note all candidates must have the right to live and work in the UK and possess a strong level of written and spoken English.
