Communications and Engagement Lead

Remote Working

Key Responsibilities:

*Develop and implement a comprehensive communications plan that aligns with the company's people-first strategy and promotes a positive work environment.

*Create engaging and compelling content for including email newsletters, social media posts, blogs, and sharepoint content.

*Manage and curate content for the company's social media channels, ensuring a consistent brand voice and promoting employee stories, achievements, and company culture.

*Plan, organize, and facilitate virtual and in-person events and activities to foster employee engagement, wellbeing, and a sense of fun.

*Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Marketing, and Leadership, to gather information and insights to develop relevant and timely communications materials.

*Proactively identify and seize opportunities to promote the company's brand and culture through various channels, such as industry events, partnerships, and awards.

*Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives and campaigns, using data and feedback to continuously improve strategies and tactics.

*Act as a communication advisor and resource for internal stakeholders, providing guidance on best practices, communication tools, and strategies.

*Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in communications and employee engagement, incorporating new ideas and technologies into our communication strategies.

Qualifications:

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling content tailored for different audiences and mediums.

*Strong understanding of digital communication platforms, including O365 and creating SharePoints tools, social media, and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams).

*Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and visually appealing content that reflects the company's brand and values.

*Experience in event planning and coordination, both virtual and in-person.

*Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

*Knowledge of best practices in employee engagement, wellbeing, and internal communication.

*Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with internal stakeholders.

*Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for driving positive change and improving the employee experience.

*Familiarity with analytics tools to track and measure the success of communication efforts.
