About the role:

As Demand Planning Manager for Commercial Area West Europe (UK/Ireland and Benelux countries), you strive for an excellent delivery performance to our customers and an inventory level meeting financial targets by ensuring a best-in-class forecast.

This is a leadership role and includes responsibility for three Demand Planning teams found in Luton, Alphen, and Brussels. You will be responsible for leading, developing, coaching, and managing the performance of the teams and driving the core competencies across all areas of responsibility.

You will be reporting to Head of Demand Planning Europe and be a member of the European Demand Planning Leadership team.

Where you’ll be:

This position is based in one of the three locations: Luton, Alphen or Brussels.

What you’ll do:

  • Maintain and develop both internal and external collaborative forecasting solutions.
  • Lead the three Demand Planning teams to adapt to new tools, initiatives, and ways of working to align processes across all teams.
  • Liaise with all areas of Supply Chain and Sales to resolve issues and practice continual improvement.
  • Become central communication point – for operational and tactical forums, i.e., squad forums, launch planning, supply updates, operational updates as well as Supply Planning/Logistics, Sales and Product Line and all parts of the Commercial triangle.
  • Drive improvements thanks to “always improve” mindset and solid governance processes.
  • Work closely with key local stakeholders (Sales Operations, Product Line, Sales, Finance) to ensure local priorities are captured and covered.

Who you are:

  • You have a strong strategy and business understanding in the context of demand planning and you can use analytical skills to anticipate and respond to customers’ and stakeholders’ needs with relevant solutions.
  • You have strong proven team leadership, organizational and change management skills.
  • You are comfortable exploring new solutions and driving continuous improvement.
  • You have a strong track record from work in a high-level collaborative environment while maintaining a high level of personal accountability and integrity.
  • A can-do attitude is essential. Rather than simply overseeing the development we see that you lean in and can also roll up your sleeves.
  • Excellent understanding of a typical demand planning IT environment and working with SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) DP (Demand Planning) module or other planning tools.
  • Experience in agile ways of working.
  • Academic degree in business and/or technical field is desired.
  • Willingness to travel as per business requirements.

As part of Electrolux Group, we will continuously invest in you and your development. There are no barriers to where your career could take you.
