Customer Support Administrator

Hays are now looking for a Customer Support Administrator .
- Up to £22K with a bonus of up £2k per annum.+ Benefits
- Mon-Fri, 9am – 5pm
- Shrivenham
- Permanent
In the role you will act as first point of contact for all customer, end-user and internal enquiries.
This will be via email, telephone and/or face-to-face, handling and logging enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Order processing
- Service Control
- Installations
- Lease Desk
- Warranties Administration
What We Are Looking For:
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- IT literate with a good working knowledge of standard office software applications including the fundamentals of MS Excel
