Senior Compensation Manager

London, United Kingdom Maximum ManagementFrazer Jones USA Full time

We are delighted to be acting for a thriving financial services business who are now looking to hire a Senior Compensation Manager. This global role will support the business across all cash and performance-based pay, short-and long-term incentives, some regulatory reporting (training provided) as well as market data (WTW, McLagan) and benchmarking. Being global in reach, the business is happy to look at candidates working remotely, or those looking to attend the office once a week or once a month (offices are based at Liverpool Street). The scope of the role is very broad, and the role offers a rare chance to become more ExCo facing. Even more unusual is that the client is happy to look at candidates from outside financial services, so again this could be a unique opportunity to make a sector change. What is required is very strong skills across compensation and data visualisation, producing trend analysis and being able to walk stakeholders through datasets. Sector experience is less important than the ability to operate strategically, advising Leadership on pay structure and regulatory matters as well as developing proposals for annual pay review budgets considering the competitive market, business affordability and modelled assumptions. Due to the global remit of the role, previous international experience is essential, with an understanding of how different markets operate from a reward governance perspective. Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills required, R knowledge or other advanced analytics acumen (Tableau, PowerBI etc) is a plus. If you would like to know more about this opportunity, please contact Peter Francis at Frazer Jones

The SR Group (UK) Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
