Job Title: HR Assistant - Mandarin speaking Our client, a leading telecommunications company is looking for an experienced HR Assistant to support its team and office in Reading.
The HR Assistant duties involve a wide range of support activities inside our HR department. An important part of your role will be to act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions. You’ll also assist in creating policies, processes and documents.
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
· Provide clerical and administrative support
· Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
· Ad Hoc duties as required
Experience in HR operations/ Degree in Human Resources/ CIPD Qualified
· Agile and a quick learner
· Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Good communication and presentation skills, in both English and Chinese
· Fluent Mandarin speaking and excellent writing in Chinese
