This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of London's leading property companies as a Regional Manager in their Southwest London block management division. This would be the perfect career step for someone who has extensive experience in block management, has managed a team and has achieve the MIRPM (MTPI) qualification.
This is a large independent property company with a network of offices and coverage across London. They are experts in residential and commercial property services, block & property management, surveying and financial services. Review the productivity and performance of the department, ensuring KPIs and customer service is delivered
* Work with the Divisional Director to review and implement policies, KPIs and standards to ensure the efficient operation of the division
* Handle and resolve escalated problems/complaints in line with the relevant management agreement, procedure or policy
* Responsible for block management of a small portfolio
* Extensive previous residential property (block) management experience
* Proven track record in a senior/team management role
* Strong team building background who values open collaboration across departments
* Proven senior level dispute resolution and problem solving skills
Monday - Thursday 8 hours per day flex and Friday 9am - 5pm
Hybrid working
