About You Kayana is transforming how hospitality and retail businesses operate through next-generation self-service kiosks, payment technology, and intelligent order management tools. We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to drive growth with national brands, multi-site operators, and global groups. You will own the full enterprise sales cycle, build strategic relationships, and represent Kayana as a trusted partner in the market. Key Responsibilities Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and close. Build, manage, and maintain a robust pipeline across hospitality, retail, leisure, and venue groups. Lead strategic conversations and solution presentations with C-suite and senior decision-makers. Develop account strategies to expand revenue within existing partners and win new logos. Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and Implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term customer success. Represent Kayana at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings, acting as an ambassador for our brand and solutions. Report on sales performance, pipeline health, and market insights to leadership on a regular basis. What We're Looking For Proven track record in B2B sales, selling SaaS, POS, payment solutions, or hardware into multi-site / enterprise customers. Experience managing longer, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and approval layers. Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand customer challenges and translate them into tailored commercial solutions. Confident communicator and presenter, comfortable engaging at C-suite level. Highly self-driven, organized, and able to operate autonomously in a high-growth, fast-changing environment.
