We are currently looking for a full-time person to be responsible for the purchasing of equipment and tools and to manage the stores at our Peterborough branch. This is the ideal opportunity for someone with a background in purchasing or inventory administration, with strong administrative skills and who is not afraid to pull up their sleeves and do a bit of manual work.
You will spend some of your time in the office, working on the computer, doing administration. This will include sourcing and ordering items, administration of invoices, processing warranties and updating records. You will also be responsible for the supply and management of refrigerants, administration of the branch fleets, van inspections and conducting some Health and Safety checks.

·25 days holiday per annum, plus bank holidays, increasing with service.

Experience in a similar role in electrical, plumber wholesaler, builder’s merchants or similar supplier-based industry.
·Some working experience within the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Industry would be an advantage but is not essential.
·Computer literate (Microsoft office and database skills) with the ability to learn new computer software systems.
·Must have a current, valid UK driving licence as some driving / deliveries to site may be required at times.
