To be responsible for the Operations function and for the Development and subsequent successful delivery of an Operations Strategy that gives our client a flexible, efficient, and highly capable operations vehicle, enabling consistent, safe, and high-quality delivery across all sectors, to the satisfaction of our customers.
Strong effective leadership of all operational employees through communication, coaching, and talent management to ensure high levels of motivation, engagement, and ultimately high-performing teams of the business.
Preparing sites and liaising with other construction professionals such as architects, engineers, buyers, estimators, and surveyors before construction work starts.
Developing with the site team a detailed action plan for creating and delivering a zero-incident Health & Safety Culture, considering the wider effect on the environment.
Experience of working in the Public and Private sector
* Experience of completing sections and projects on time on budget, and safely.
* The ability to ensure all staff/subcontractors comply with Health & Safety procedures.
* Good interpersonal skills including, communication and team building.
