If you're a strategic thinker with a knack for unlocking business opportunities, a visionary who thrives on driving growth, we want YOU on our team. You will be responsible for driving new business development, as well as coordinating the sales activity with our local heads of sales based in Europe. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Business Development Manager, ready to immerse themselves into a rapidly growing business. Occasionally, you will be required to travel Internationally as part of the role.
You will be based from our Sheffield HQ, the role is challenging and diverse and requires you to be commercially aware with strong numerical and financial capabilities. Conduct market research and identify business opportunities and trends to contribute to innovation.
Represent the company at events to expand business networks.
Provide regular reporting on business development activities.
Continuously enhance personal and professional development.
Who you are To be considered for the position, you must be passionate about business development with an ability to drive sales. Be strategic and highly commercial in order to build business case in cooperation with our customers
Be a hunter and love developing new business. As a result, you must have a successful track record in developing new accounts and selling new products
We have set a challenging vision for our business of tripling our turnover in the next 6 years. The remuneration package includes a competitive salary, company car, laptop and mobile phone, 15% non-contributory pension, life assurance, private medical cover, permanent health insurance, a share purchase scheme and gym membership after completion of probation period. You are expected to become a stakeholder in the business, which entitles, and indeed, requires you to challenge, offer ideas, take the initiative, and contribute to positive change.
